Legal and Event Disclaimers

Effective Date: August 3, 2025

Last Modified: December 12, 2025

1. Event Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

Participation in any Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") event, activity, demonstration, training session, or experience involves inherent and substantial risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the use, handling, and discharge of firearms, the presence of live ammunition, physical exertion, outdoor conditions, uneven terrain, loud noise, flying debris, equipment malfunction, actions or omissions of other participants, spectators, vendors, sponsors, and third parties, as well as the condition of the venue or range.

By attending or participating in a TGK event, you knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, including risks arising from the negligence of TGK or others, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Traveling Guns and Knives LLC, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and venue operators from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or liabilities of any kind, whether personal, bodily, property related, economic, or otherwise, arising out of or related to your attendance, participation, presence, or involvement in any TGK event, except where prohibited by law.

All firearm related activities are conducted under supervision; however, compliance with safety rules does not eliminate inherent risk. Failure to follow safety instructions, posted rules, or staff directives may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or compensation.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registrations, tickets, entries, sponsorships, vendor fees, merchandise based entries, and event related purchases associated with TGK events are final once confirmed. TGK operates on a limited capacity, reservation based model and allocates staff, venue access, equipment, security, insurance, and operational resources in advance of each event.

As a result, no refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or transfers are offered for cancellations, no shows, late arrivals, early departures, or voluntary withdrawal, regardless of reason, unless expressly approved in writing by TGK.

Inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction does not entitle an attendee, vendor, sponsor, or participant to a refund or credit. Registrations and entries may not be transferred to another individual or future event without prior written approval.

TGK reserves the sole discretion to grant limited exceptions in rare circumstances, including safety or compliance related issues. Any approved exception applies only to the specific transaction and does not create precedent or entitlement for future events.

3. Force Majeure and Event Changes

Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") reserves the unrestricted right to modify, postpone, relocate, shorten, suspend, or cancel any event, activity, demonstration, or portion thereof at any time when deemed necessary for safety, compliance, operational integrity, or business reasons.

Events may be affected by circumstances beyond TGK’s reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, government orders, venue restrictions, equipment failure, supply shortages, staffing limitations, labor disputes, public health concerns, security threats, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, TGK shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, or costs incurred by attendees, vendors, sponsors, or third parties, including travel, lodging, lost time, or incidental expenses. No refunds, credits, or compensation are guaranteed unless expressly approved in writing by TGK.

Any decision regarding rescheduling, substitution, format changes, or alternative arrangements is made solely at TGK’s discretion and does not create an obligation to offer future participation, credits, or refunds.

4. Age and Eligibility Requirements

Participation in Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") events, activities, demonstrations, and services is subject to strict age, legal, and eligibility requirements. Certain TGK events and activities are restricted to individuals twenty one (21) years of age or older due to firearm handling, ammunition access, and regulatory requirements.

Where permitted by law and expressly approved by TGK, individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may be allowed entry as spectators only and must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Minors are strictly prohibited from handling firearms, ammunition, or participating in live fire activities unless explicitly authorized in writing by TGK and in full compliance with applicable federal, state, venue, and insurance requirements.

All participants may be required to present valid government issued photo identification upon entry or prior to participation. TGK reserves the right to verify identity, age, legal eligibility, and compliance status at any time and to deny entry or participation to any individual who does not meet eligibility requirements or who provides false or misleading information.

Eligibility to attend or participate does not guarantee eligibility to handle firearms, receive training, enter raffles, or receive prizes. Additional restrictions may apply based on the nature of the activity, venue rules, insurance requirements, or applicable law.

TGK reserves the unrestricted right to deny admission, restrict participation, or remove any individual from an event without refund or compensation where age, eligibility, safety, compliance, or conduct concerns arise.

5. Alcohol and Controlled Substances Policy

For the safety of all attendees, participants, staff, vendors, sponsors, and guests, the possession, use, or consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana, or controlled substances is strictly prohibited at any TGK event, activity, or venue where firearms, ammunition, or live fire activities are present.

No individual may participate in any TGK activity while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, impairing medications, or any substance that could affect judgment, coordination, reaction time, or safe firearm handling. This prohibition applies regardless of whether such substances are legal under state or local law.

TGK reserves the unrestricted right to deny entry, refuse service, restrict participation, or immediately remove any individual reasonably suspected of impairment or violation of this policy. Such removal may occur without warning and without refund, credit, or compensation.

Violation of this policy may also result in permanent exclusion from future TGK events or services and, where appropriate, notification of venue security or law enforcement. TGK’s determination regarding impairment or policy violation is final and made in the interest of safety.

6. Indemnification

By attending, participating in, exhibiting at, sponsoring, or otherwise engaging with any Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") event or activity, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TGK, its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, partners, sponsors, vendors, venue operators, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your actions, omissions, participation, conduct, presence, products, services, or violation of these terms or applicable law.

This indemnification obligation applies regardless of whether the claim arises from personal injury, property damage, economic loss, regulatory action, or third party conduct, and applies to claims brought by you or by any third party. The obligation includes, without limitation, claims related to safety incidents, misuse of firearms or equipment, vendor or sponsor activities, raffle participation, media usage, or violations of law.

This indemnification obligation is intended to be as broad as permitted by law and shall survive the conclusion of the event, termination of participation, or expiration of these terms.

7. Raffle Terms and Conditions

Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") may conduct promotional raffles at select events or through authorized campaigns. All raffles are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Participation in any raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms.

Eligibility: Raffle participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least twenty one (21) years of age unless otherwise expressly stated. Participants must be legally eligible to receive and possess the prize offered. TGK reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, and compliance at any time.

Firearm Prizes: Any raffle prize involving a firearm shall be transferred only through a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) designated by TGK. Firearms will not be transferred on site. Winners must pass all required federal, state, and local background checks and comply with all transfer requirements. Failure to pass a background check or meet eligibility requirements results in immediate forfeiture of the prize without substitution, refund, or compensation.

Entry and Participation: Raffle entries are earned only through approved methods announced by TGK for the specific event or campaign. Entries apply solely to the event or campaign during which they are earned and do not roll over or carry forward. No purchase is required unless expressly stated. No cash alternatives, substitutions, transfers, or refunds are permitted.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at the time and manner announced by TGK. Winners must be present at the drawing unless otherwise stated. If a selected winner is not present, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these terms, TGK may select an alternate winner. All TGK decisions regarding raffles, eligibility, and prize awards are final and binding.

Taxes and Costs: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, permits, transfer costs, and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize. TGK makes no representations regarding tax treatment.

General Conditions: TGK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any raffle at any time as permitted by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants release TGK from any liability arising out of participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

8. Media and Content Release

By entering, attending, or participating in any Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") event or activity, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured in audio, video, or still image form.

You hereby grant TGK an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and any statements or performances captured in connection with the event, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including marketing, advertising, promotion, documentation, training, and commercial use.

You waive any right to inspect or approve finished content and waive any right to compensation, royalties, or attribution arising from such use. You further release and hold harmless TGK from any claims related to the use of such media, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misappropriation.

If you do not wish to be recorded, photographed, or included in media, you should not attend TGK events. TGK does not guarantee the ability to exclude individuals from incidental or background capture.

9. Vendor Participation Terms

Vendors participating in any Traveling Guns and Knives ("TGK") event do so as independent entities and not as partners, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of TGK. Vendor participation does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

All vendors must comply with TGK policies, event rules, safety requirements, venue regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. TGK reserves the sole right to approve, deny, restrict, or remove any vendor or vendor representative at any time, with or without cause, and without refund or compensation.

Vendors are solely responsible for their staff, contractors, guests, equipment, products, displays, firearms, ammunition, and property brought on site. Vendors assume all risks associated with their participation and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TGK from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to vendor participation, conduct, products, or omissions.

Unauthorized firearm sales, transfers, demonstrations, or handling by vendors are strictly prohibited. Any firearm related activity must be pre approved in writing by TGK and conducted in full compliance with applicable law. Vendors are responsible for maintaining any required licenses, permits, and insurance.

10. Sponsor Participation Terms

Sponsors participating in TGK events do so as independent entities and not as partners, joint venturers, agents, or representatives of TGK. Sponsorship does not create any ownership interest, employment relationship, or authority to bind TGK.

Sponsor participation is considered binding once confirmed. TGK allocates space, resources, and promotional exposure based on confirmed sponsors. TGK reserves the right to revoke or modify sponsorship participation at any time for safety, compliance, reputational, or operational reasons, without obligation to provide refunds or substitute benefits.

Sponsors must comply with all TGK policies, venue rules, and applicable laws. Any firearms, ammunition, tactical gear, signage, or promotional materials displayed or distributed must be pre approved by TGK. Unauthorized activities or unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal.

Sponsors are solely responsible for their staff, guests, equipment, materials, and property while on site. Sponsors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TGK from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of sponsor participation, conduct, or materials.

Use of TGK’s name, trademarks, logos, or branding requires prior written approval. TGK reserves the right to revoke branding permissions at any time. Sponsors engaging in conduct deemed unprofessional, unsafe, or inconsistent with TGK’s brand values may be removed and excluded from future events.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Legal and Event Disclaimers, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to TGK events, activities, raffles, media use, vendor or sponsor participation, or these terms, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any legal action shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You knowingly and voluntarily waive any objection to personal jurisdiction, venue, or forum non conveniens.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

12. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
