Legal and Event Disclaimers

Welcome to Traveling Guns and Knives LLC. By attending any TGK event, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Event Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability
Participation in TGK events involves live firearm demonstrations, tactical training, and outdoor activities. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and release TGK, its staff, affiliates, partners, and venue hosts from any claims of injury, loss, or damage.
All firearm use is conducted under strict supervision by certified professionals. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in removal from the event.
2. Firearm Raffle Terms
At select events, TGK may host firearm raffles. These raffles are conducted in full compliance with federal and state law.
Eligibility requirements: You must be a legal U.S. resident, at least 21 years of age, legally eligible to own and possess a firearm, and able to pass a federal background check. The firearm will be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer.
TGK does not transfer firearms on-site. The firearm will be transferred through Declaration Defense, a licensed FFL dealer. All winners must meet federal and state requirements and successfully complete a background check. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Entry into the raffle requires the purchase of TGK merchandise, such as a shirt or hat. Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry. Raffle is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and is void where prohibited.
3. Media and Content Release
By entering a TGK event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Traveling Guns and Knives LLC full rights to use your likeness, image, voice, or performance in any media now known or developed in the future, without compensation or prior notice.
4. Vendor Participation Terms
Vendors at TGK events must comply with all event policies. TGK reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any vendor at its discretion.
Vendor terms may include but are not limited to: timely arrival and breakdown, compliance with safety and space rules, no unauthorized firearms sales, and proper insurance or licensing if required.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida. By attending a TGK event or engaging with TGK services, you agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
