Booking Confirmation
Submitting a booking request is not a guaranteed reservation. Our team reviews every request and confirms availability, typically within 24 hours, before your session is officially scheduled.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details once your booking is approved.
- Bookings, memberships, and program access are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual registered with TGK.
- TGK reserves the right to refuse service or decline a booking at its discretion, including for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
Payment
Pricing for programs and packages is shown at the time of booking. Some experiences may be offered at no cost, in which case no payment is required to reserve your place.
Where payment is required, you'll review and complete it as part of the booking flow before your reservation is submitted. Discounts, promo codes, and referral credits are applied at the time of purchase only and have no cash value.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
TGK operates on a reservation-based, capacity-limited model. Once a booking is confirmed, staff, instructors, facilities, and equipment are allocated specifically for that session so cancellations and changes are not automatically eligible for a refund.
As general guidance, requests to reschedule are best submitted at least 72 hours before your session. Rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability, and may involve blackout dates or other limitations.
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are ultimately governed by, and granted solely at the discretion described in, TGK's Return and Refund Policy please review it in full before booking.
Late Arrival & No-Shows
Participants who arrive late, fail to meet eligibility requirements, appear impaired, or lack required documentation may be required to reschedule rather than join the session already underway.
- Failure to attend a scheduled booking, late arrival, or early departure does not entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or reschedule.
- Removal from a session for a safety-related reason or rule violation is treated the same way.
Weather & Availability
All TGK sessions are subject to availability, staffing, weather conditions, venue rules, and supply considerations. Dates, times, instructors, and formats are not guaranteed and may change.
TGK reserves the right to reschedule, substitute, or cancel a session when necessary for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. TGK is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental costs connected to a scheduling change.
Safety & Participation Requirements
Participation requires meeting all applicable legal requirements and being physically and mentally capable of safely engaging in the activity. TGK reserves the right to deny or terminate participation at any time if a safety concern arises.
Depending on the program, participants may also be asked to review and sign TGK's Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement before their session.
Group Bookings
Dedicated group and corporate packages are available for parties of four or more. Group bookings follow the same confirmation, payment, and cancellation policies outlined above.
