Ideal For
A Leadership Pressure Test
This is not just a shooting event. It's a leadership pressure test, a communication amplifier, and a powerful morale boost all in one. Your team will leave sharper, closer, and with a shared experience that elevates performance long after the session ends.
Safety Is The Standard, Not A Step.
- All participants must be 21 or older and legally eligible to handle firearms
- No alcohol before or during any session
- TGK safety waiver must be signed prior to attending
- Mandatory safety briefing at the start of every session
- All firearms provided and maintained by TGK
Booking & Policies
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.
- Final headcount must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the session.
- Remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before range time.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Rescheduling inside 48 hours incurs a $100 change fee.
- Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
- Deposits remain non-refundable but are applied to the rescheduled date.
Weather delays caused by unsafe conditions are rescheduled at no cost.
No-shows or late arrivals are charged in full based on the confirmed headcount.
All participants must sign a waiver before range time, and a safety briefing is mandatory at the start of every session. We send waivers to your group once your booking is confirmed, so everything is signed before you arrive and your session starts on time.

No. TGK instructors run safety orientation and facilitate every skill block. The format is designed to work for mixed experience levels.
Everyone must be 21 or older and legally eligible to handle firearms, must sign a waiver before the event, and must not consume alcohol before or during the session.
We send one link you can distribute to your whole team so waivers are signed in advance rather than on arrival. That keeps your event starting on time.
The earlier the better, especially for date-specific retreats. Reach out with your target window and we will confirm availability within one business day.
